below is a copy and paste of when I can upload again.....

You have reached your upload limit
To help our administrators serve you more efficiently we've capped the upload limit to    20 files per 168    hour period. You will be able to upload again at Sat Feb 21, 1170 12:00AM MST.

You may still complete any unfinished uploads which were started more than 168 hours ago.
