Oh, they just be coming through at the same time as the PP. I read that PP had started, www.microstockgroup.com/istockphoto-com/partner-sales-are-late/msg407860/#msg407860 but I saw a post on iS forum that subs have also started a couple of hours ago. None for me so far, if so. (I'm not in the PP)

From what I read elsewhere, they only reported the 28th then stopped.

28-29-30 GI purple bars for me. (1st-4th was already there last month for some reason?) None of the others have started yet. I suppose the good news is, it's like waiting for Santa? When we aren't looking, IS will drop gifts into our accounts.  :)

nothing on my account

Nor here!

24hrs and no sales  :(

It's curious...  Every time they start reporting PP, Getty Sales, or Subscriptions, my credit sales stop.
Sometimes I wonder whether there's a bug in their system? And if actually I've making sales during this time... where is my money?

If I were used to make just a sale or two per day, a blank day wouldn't be strange. But luckily, that's not my case (yet).   So, I can't help wondering... Have I really made no sales during the last 24 hrs?...

I've noticed the same pattern every month, but it may just be coincidence.

I did ask whether the reporting of other sales effects reporting of credit sales and was told it didn't.

Those PP sales are now all we have since the regular sales have fallen off a cliff.

Wouldn't matter, except that we are watching. IS is the same as SS, reporting of sales can take up to three days. Nothing is reported real time.

The way to tell is look at the actual sale, not the reporting.

Like this:

Click the briefcase on the bottom. (I think that's what it is?)

Sort by Last DL, right hand column

Then click on the Royalties $ number in blue

You will see something like this:  03/02/2015 2:47 PM MST    Large    Regular    $0.00 USD listing every date and time, size, license and commission, for that particular image. Most recent on top.

That date and time is real, not the reported date/time that it showed on your earnings.

Next time you get a DL, go look and you should see it's not the same as the reporting shows. Have Fun!  :)

ps, you can't do this on SS that I know of. No way to see the actual DL time and date.

Actually, credit sales are reported in real time. Your Balance goes up, and the sale shows under 'last download' in My Uploads.
However, they don't show up on your stats chart in real time.

Nothing on IS or SS is Live and Real Time. It's impossible. Servers have to synchronize, they need to send data from one place to another, they need to share information and update. That isn't live and that isn't real time.

I dont want to dismiss anyone's concerns, and I fully understand the frustration with IS, but isnt it the same every month? Every month there are issues with the subs / pp registration. But in the end all subs or PP or whatever shows up? Why not wait with analysing the sales until all sales are in? Its not good to stress yourself any time before you have the big picture? And I mean this is the best possible way.

Yes, and sometimes they give you more money that you should have and you have to pay it back during 6 months
But yes at last all always seems to be okay

And since I have nothing on the 28th, I still have nothing. Sounds right Sue.

Where is my Sub money!

The grey bars are starting to pop up now.
I've got green bars for the entire month.

Indeed.
Green bars are partner sales, but also GettyPlus (fka Getty360) also show up as green, just to confuse people.

If you are not confused by Istock clearly you do not understand the situation

Normally they seem to add 360 sales last, after subs,  even tho they are green bars.
