just now I get this email below from getty ... I do not see where they are hiding pass for ESP in this email ... weird.
The US Copyright Office initiated a study on the impact and effectiveness of the Digital Millennial Copyright Act (DMCA). The safe harbor provisions of the Copyright Act offer Internet Service Providers immunity from monetary damages for hosting infringing content, provided the ISP expeditiously removes the content after receiving a ‘take-down’ notice. The Copyright Office is specifically inviting you to submit your impressions based on first-hand experience using DMCA take-down procedures, for example: how difficult it is to use? How successful it is in having infringing content removed?
The Digital Media Licensing Association (DMLA) in collaboration with Getty Images Legal Counsel, created short survey to make it easy for you to participate. We’re encouraging all contributors to take the survey and to share it with anyone you know who might want to do the same. Thank you for participating.
DMLA Section 512 Survey: Deadline is February 17, 2017!

Got this letter a little while ago. It is positive that they can reach me by e-mail, so there may still be hope that it can get ID and password for the new site ....

Tried to respond to the survey from both phone and PC - crashed both times.

I got this also. But still no ESP and I am exclusive. I am not even looking at it until I get my ESP email.

I hope dmca works because at this rate I'll have to dmca them to get my work removed from their site.
