Title: Switch one Payoneer account on Istock to another
Post by: Darko on January 19, 2016, 09:57
Hello everyone, hope you are all well,

I just wanted your take on how to switch from one Payoneer account on my Istockphoto account to another Payoneer account as I want to receive payment to that second Payoneer account. And I tried contacting them but their support isn't all that great as you probably know and at Payoneer they instructed me to contact iStock photo and it is getting all to confusing for me.

So does anyone have idea on how to do that or if someone has experience in it, it would be even better.

So if anyone can help I would be more than gratefull!!

Cheers,
Darko

Since when have contributors been allowed to phone them? They banned it a couple of years back, and I haven't heard it had been restored. 'Taking out a ticket' is the only recourse, though I think if you're lucky you might be able to phone if you think there's some sort of scam going on.

Yup, since 2012: old forum so I can quote and link:
Tickets are typically responded to in 24 hours. There is no phone access to Contributor Relations. Client Relations can't assist with contributor related issues.
No exceptions, I'm afraid.

If you have a concern that is bizarro I might be able to help. Send me a site mail with your concerns.

However, nowadays I wouldn't necessarily expect a reply within 24 hours.
