I can't believe that my statement shows that I have been deducted 30% tax from my US earnings when in fact I remember filling out a tax interview with my US tax number as a UK resident. Can anyone tell me where I find this illusive form to fill in yet again as I can't find it. Also, when filled in will they reimburse me with the tax I have already been charged ?
the whole new system is a nightmare. Why oh why did they change it from istock ?

Sign in to ESP and it's in the 'Account' box. You won't get it back, but you'll get documentation in early 2018 showing how much you've paid, which you should be able to use as a tax credit against whatever you owe HMRC.

Thanks. You mean claim it back as a taxable expense on my self assessment ?

Yes. I'm not 100% sure how you have to declare it, i.e. there might be a special box/ for it, but yes, it will essentially be classed as a valid expense due to the tax agreement with the UK and the US.
