I know that some company statements are difficult to understand so I will assist in translating:
things won't change overnight = things will change next week
make <insert company name> successful = maximise profit for our shareholders
do an even better job of addressing weaknesses = edit our cvs
bold steps = talk the talk not walk the walk
aligned = take it or leave it
pay very close attention = ignore
plans = no plans
communication = no communication
improved communication = less communication
staff with wide experience = staff targeted in the next round of layoffs
learning from each other = see pay very close attention
we are excited = we are far from excited but we feign excitement to hang onto our jobs as we are staff with wide experience
don't worry = worry
