For the last 4 to 6 months since the last best match shuffle, tuesdays was my best selling days with downloads 15-30% more than the other days. Prior to that, weds was consistently my bestsellers with the same amount of download ratio. With the new best match/exclusive+ shuffle and the summer slowdown and seeing the * thinkstock banners all over the place, tuesdays are starting to suck too now =(... Just needed to vent since i know a thread like this on istock will be locked.

God I am relieved to see this.  I thought it was just me.  Whole month has been subpar for me, with this week being especially grim :(

Don't forget the Pentecost long weekend in Europe. Weather seems have been very good so many professionals took off an extra day (Tuesday). It's the first "summer" short holiday of the year. Easter is, in general, still too cold.

Kinda soft everywhere, but definitely slowest on Istock.

Sales on IS the whole month have been like a trip back in time to 2007 or so (when I had about half the portfolio size).

This is exactly how iStock has been for me this month, I had to look back to 2007 before I saw comparable numbers. I'm relieved it's not just me; but I wonder what it means for the MicroStock industry as a whole?

This weeks been awful but so has the whole month. In fact it's been bad since they changed the best match.

That's right :)  and when a 5 year old christmas pic became my highest ranked pic even though its hardly sold anything in three years.

My bestsellers are still where they were in the best match, i really don't think there was a best match shift.
Aside from that.... it's a very bad month for me in istock as well. Other sites aren't exactely BME's, but on par; i wonder if this has anything to do with the cursed TS?
I know i'm happy i didnt go for exclusivity back in january.

All of my top 4 earning sites (IS, SS, FT and DT) show an almost identical decline since the peak of March. The downward lines on my spreadsheet graph are all parallel. Whatever is happening is industry-wide as far as I'm concerned. Heigh-ho.

Maybe STILL the dreaded TS effect ;)
Neh, i keep forgetting my portfolio isnt representative (under 300 pics on SS and DT, half of that on iS (but in all modesty doing pretty well there...))
It's probably a May-thing then, i'm not sure about the rest of the world but here in Belgium its one holiday after another...(4 official days with a couple of bridges to the weekend)

The accurate answer is that no one knows, but there were (now locked) threads started about this at the end of April here and here.

There was some discussion about whether this had to do with the intro of E+, but no clear bump for those files. And the search results appear to have settled back into better ranking of keyword relevance.

Dreamstime has taken about a 20% drop this month from the unusual highs of the last couple of months but it has probably just returned to normal.
Ss is down.
IS about the same
and Fotolia is excellent. (possible BME)

Cant really see a best match change as such but images seems to get reshuffled in a funny way ( on the same page it seems). doesnt make sense? but yes, its been a kind of mild week.
