Hey everyone

I've been using Stock Submitter to get my files up across stock sites including iStock. However for the last few months I've been getting an error when I try to pull ESP keywords using stock submitter.

The error reads "Error fetching ESP terms for keywords : ParseErrorDelayed (Got an internal server error in response to a knock.)

I've been using the following API key in the past : bq9gg32wtfed9kshgtjrxwd

Not very sure what is going wrong. Can someone please guide me. Using stock submitter is loads better than going through qhero

Same issue here, I think we need to contact support about this issue.

I tried reaching out to stocksubmitter but there was some error there also. Also last time they suggested that it was due to the login being incorrect (which in my case it's not)

Thanks guys for the reply. In that case they should use vpn maybe?

Btw. I also have issue with uploading new assets to Adobestock. Is it just me or others have similar experience?

So the only way out for now is to head over to the very messy qhero site to upload

Check in the Notifications bell top left of MS there's a web extension been released with install notes.  Not tried it yet but will do soon.

I found that for now there is a workaround only in Stocksubmitter+:
"For a few months it was impossible to submit content to #iStock due to the latest changes in attempt to protect themselves from their own contributors. However, we were able to find a workaround. To submit your content to this agency, please open the Manage Agencies section, find iStock ESP and download the browser extension from there.
We didn't test the extension in the browsers other than Chrome, but it may work as well.
Unfortunately, there is no solution for StockSubmitter yet.
Please let us know of any issues you encounter while using the extension."

For Stocksubmitter developers replied: "we will add support for SS with extention later, now only M+"
