I can see and download the connect CSV, and I see the numbers, but I don't see where I am getting credited or paid those numbers. Something about the total must be 2 cents before we get credited.

Where does that show on my Monthly sales? I don't seem to see Connect in ESP anywhere?

Cost per view? OK where can I see that number, total for each month?

Those connect sales are somewhat a mystery to me too. Anyhow, you can - more or less - track income and sales via DeepMeta. Connect statements are displayed separately from regular statements. Most of the time, connect sales are only a fraction of the regular sales, at least for me.

There's also a separate tab to display connect sales in DeepMeta under the statistics submenu. Here you can see which images got licensed via connect, and how much they earned you. And indeed, there's a 2 cent threshold, which if I'm not mistaken, gets a reset every month.

Now that I look at it: I've got a real winner there: 49 downloads earning me 4 cents!

Not worth bothering if you ask me. I've only got one month with pretty decent connect sales. Not sure how that happened, I guess a social media post using my one of my images went viral.

Thanks for the good advise. I forget that DM is good and connected. I've been using TodayIs20 and I didn't think to look in DM.

Found it, this is "exciting"  Items: 39, Gross royalty: $0.14860 it doesn't say connect, but that was the synchronize report, and is a total for connect. Good enough for me. That answered the question. We are credited monthly. Most of mine are $0.00059 now

I'll just hope that most others who might care are making more than that.

My regular sales usually make up for that ridicolous connected stuff....
Although January 2021 was quite low in regular sales compared to previous months.

Connect is views not sales.

They are sales on which we receive royalties, but are cheekely classified only as views. See answer on a contributor ticket questioning connect sales:

Thank you for your message and I sincerely apologize for the delay in my response. Regarding Promo.com, Getty Images makes a subset of iStock content available within their video editing tool. Any licenses of your content will appear on the Connect statement under the Price Per Image Product Type (https://contributors.gettyimages.com/HelpArticle.aspx?article_id=5176)

It's important to note that you are receiving royalties for this use - your content is not being given away for free. Also note that the usage is restricted, it is not the same usage permitted on a standard RF license.

We work with these Partners to ensure that your content is right inside their End Users workflow, exactly where and when they need it. In this way we can reach new, non-traditional customers at scale. For more information, visit: https://contributors.get...cle.aspx?article_id=6252
