It is very strange but I don't find where I can see a list of my sold images.
I can see only which one have been sold.
But I don't find any information about when, how much time, for what price, these images have been sold.

Can somebody help me, I am becoming crazy will all this sites that don't know what means simplicity and ergonomic…

As far as IS goes you go to http://www.istockphoto.com/my_uploads.php

Click on "Last DL" to sort the list by the latest DL, but that is all you will get.

IS does not provide any other information on the licensing of your file.

In fact now I remember to have seen this before.
But as all these microstock sites are different I never remember…

By the way I wonder why they (and others too) cannot make a simple menu with:
- Uploads
- Pending files
- Accepted files
- Rejected files
- Portfolio
- Sales
- etc

It seems these "people" forget that their "raw material" are contributors………

For all my complaints about iStock, this isn't one of them.
It's more than easy in My Uploads to get all that information.

Click View My Portfolio to see your portfolio
Dropdowns:
All files - lets you filter by file type
All Collections: lets you filter by Value, Plus whatever
Active/Pending: also drops down to deactivated or rejected.

Click on the appropriate column header to sort your files in order of upload (also indicated any which are still pending), last downloaded, no of downloads, money earned etc.

The main thing which I find useful and interesting which isn't there (but is in DeepMeta) is an ability to sort earnings by keyword. So you can have hours of fun checking in DeepMeta to see if a prop, trip or model has earned its keep (on iS only).

ShadySue, as under "My Uploads" I could expect to find "My Uploads" (the files that I have uploaded), I could expect a voice "My Sales" (the files that I have sold) in the contributor menu to find my sales. If I can find my sales under my uploads it is a plus, but it is neither logic neither ergonomic.

This is an example of a simple, functional and ergonomic menu (DepositPhoto)

Just to be clear, what Sue posted in her photo ( blue box) is a GreaseMonkey script that was created by a contributor and is NOT part of IS.

IS has too many other bugs to fix before adding neat stuff like that for contributors.

maxal but OTOH it doesn't tell you anything, we cannot see how many times we have sold a file at DP, we only know all portfolio which makes it ridiculous

You're right (I had forgotten!): I only uploaded that when they introduced cash sales as they weren't reporting properly and I hadn't uninstalled it yet. I didn't mention any of the functionality of that blue box, as I haven't used it since the cash sales info started coming through as normal.

@Maxal: if that's the worst thing you find about the iS site, you'll be a very happy bunny.

IMO the DP method is different but not obviously 'better'. Often it's just "what you're used to", "muscle memory" that makes one implementation seem better.

ShadySue, all iS is the "worst" and I think that they really don't try to do their best

And the better way is the one that stupid people can understand and remember more easily.
I know what I say, I am one of those stupid………

not the worst. Fotolia is the worst, they have such a frustrating system for viewing DLs and sales ("credits")

don't forget that you can click on the sold image, scroll down to administrative, and then see exactly how many times that particular file has been downloaded and what the license and amount is for. that particular page also combines earnings from PP as well as istock.

^ Even easier; from the "My Uploads" list, click on the number in any one of the "Royalties", "DLs/Mo" or "DLs" columns for the image you're interested in and it will go straight there.

Or right click and select "Open in New Tab" if you want a new tab.
