Earliest I can recall that Istock's PP royalties are being tabulated.

Yeah I was so happy to earn 10$ over night on Friday, when sales otherwise really slow down, but then I checked and there was just one Dl, I knew it was the PP. Nevertheless, I had a BDE already, so it looks good regarding April's PP earnings

28 cents here 28 cents there ... it soon adds up to 56 cents.   :P :D

ED:  StockXpert seems to be compensating for the early release of figures by iS.

.28 is sheit, but I do manage to pull in $175 to $250 a month, so my sales add up more than your 56 cents. ;D

They're pouring in now, Mantis ... here, there, over yonder... Not gonna reach your lofty figures but might make it to triple digits ... separated by a period.   ;D

Definitely my best PP month - the single $24 sale looks out of place among $0.28s  ;)

It looks as if I will be 20% down on the last two months. Perhaps the conscripted images are starting to make a difference to sales.

Bound to happen. My PP sales are likely to exceed my earnings at BigStock for April and I've still only got 1/3 of my port moved over. Must admit I've been surprised how good sales are there. I just wish it was more transparent and timely in the reporting.

I'm not sure it'll benefit us in the long run, if almost all the buyers will get subs. I mean of course the bottom line matters, I don't care about the RPD, but they're really getting spoiled a bit too much. I know SS is proving something different, not only rising prices, but also the percentage of OD sales rising, but still. Just look at how bad of an effect subs have had for our earnings at FT and DT (well not mine, since I've started in 2010, but for all of you that started in 05/06)

That's an interesting point - when I look back at 2005/6 I see I was getting about 70c per dl at DT; now, as a result of their bizarre pricing mechanism, I am getting twice that regardless of the subscriptions pulling down the average.

As I said, I can't say since I wasn't around, but many big timers are complaining that they're getting mostly subs, like 8/10, which is driving their RPD down, looking like they sell a lot and they do, but the end result is still poor (in their opinion). There are hundreds of posts like that, I'm sure you came across some of them. For me, DT is performing really bad, after their price rise/commission cut. It looks like I'm not going to earn even half of what I used to. To get back on topic, PP is on track for a 2nd BME. Not bad, since none of my files haven't been moved for over 2 months and even before that I've had only about 2/3 of my port moved there.

The pennies do add up.   My partner program sales in April were equivalent to 34% of my regular revenues, which means that in terms of total downloads they outnumbered the regular sales.  Unfortunately, my total revenue is only about half of what it was a few years ago.   Istock is competing with itself, and the low priced sales are contributing to the cannibalization of regular iStock earnings.

I just regard them the same as sub sales on other sites but with the occasional nice surprise

Didn't they stop and start it last month, so it ran over the weekend only?

Umm... I too see that my Istock total jumped up a few days ago - is there a place to see the Partner Program total for the month? When I go to PP link on my Istock account it just shows me my files with total downloads (both PP and Istock).

In the daily and monthly graph you can see it, it's in green.  There is also a Greasemonkey script that helps some.

Unfortunately IS doesn't provide a place where the numbers are broken down.  I have an extra column in my earnings spreadsheet that calculates the difference.

If you download the CSV file for the month you'll get a total for the PP downloads by day and for the month.

Yeah, sometimes it stutters on past the weekend for a bit. However, it is absolutely normal for them to switch it off about halfway through and then restart it the following weekend.

The way you speak of 'switching it off' has me visualising a contraption at their end with bakelite switches.

My StockXpert (Hemera) collection seems to have cut off mid-report as well.  I wonder if both are being driven now by the iS PP engine?

Apparently it used to be the hamster's job but he was one of the staff members they had to 'let go' a few months back. Too expensive.  ::)

Yes.

1. Click on your balance at the bottom to get to your stats page
2. Scroll down to your contributor stats and click the month back to April
3. Change the "daily" drop down to monthly
4. Your PP are the green bars.  Place your cursor on the green bar for the month and it will tell you what the total PP is for that month (it will give you current as well while PP is still being tabulated for that month)
5. You can also click the CSV icon and download a spreadsheet of the sales.
6. PP does not give you a summary of which images provide the make-up of your sales.

Hope this helps.

They managed to get the PP royalties up to the 20th over a week ago, now, this past weekend, they only made it to the 27th?

Anyone get paid through the end of April?  My stats show the 28th through 30th still aren't there.  Do we have to wait another week just to get paid for the last three days of the month ???

I have the same thing you do - missing 28-30th.

I had also thought they were firing up the image transfer process after about a month of nothing. Friday and Saturday 50 or so images got transferred but then nothing.

It's like one of those cars that backfires and bucks and can't get over 20 miles an hour except on a steep downhill stretch...

Interesting.  My April earnings were lower than any other since the PP started.  I wonder if it's because they still have more sales to add?

I just checked, and those last 3 days have filled in for me too. I then went to see if any more files had been moved over to Thinkstock, but that's apparently separate and it's still stuck where it was this weekend.
