Author Topic: Writing tickets to Getty and they don't appear in myTickets  (Read 733 times)

Hello,

i am try to open a ticket on GettyImages in the Account Management section and it doesn't work...

When i submit the ticket it say "Ticket succesfull - you will get a confirmation email" and thats it - i didn't get a single email and the ticket does not show up in the 'my tickets' section.
(Did this for the last 5 days on two different machines)

Anyone else with such problems?!

Yes and I opened another ticket. This time it worked.

Just tried it again to send a ticket today and it still does not work.
Also tried another browser now... it seems they don't want any support ;-)

I just tried to send my ticket for the 8th time and again i get the message:
-> "Thank you for contacting Getty Images | iStock. You will receive an email confirmation shortly. You can also track your support tickets under My Tickets (opens new window)."
and then nothing happens.

Am i the only one with that problem or is someone else having problems with tickets?
