Maybe "inspired" is the right wording as opposed to infringement. I personally don't see infringement here. I am not a 3d person so not sure if it's "steal an existing image and do some simple tweaks" or just inspiration to create something similar.

I had a quick look at evermotion's site to see if I could find details on the terms of the license you buy. As these works are clearly not direct duplicates, there would only be an issue if the model had been purchased and used to make stock images when that wasn't permitted by the terms of the purchase of the model.

The models are the same. They can be a free models as you can find on the net or in bundle with some program.
But the renderings are completely different.
I don't see how it could be a copyright infringement.

The Evermotion Legal Department has been informed about the Breach of their License Agreement.
Why didn't you just do this first instead of posting on here, if you're certain of infringement?

No more quality control?
