No surprise. The current landscape of Agencies is a bunch of greedy shareholder companies or phlegmatic "It brings in money so why try to do better" managements. (Although there are some exceptions).

Well, I guess he is taking your calls while shooting, sorting raw files, taking a shower, family dinner, hiking, it just takes a permanent headset

After he is finished coding the site and sewing supersized softboxes.
