Title: 430 ex canon flash problem!
Post by: charlesknox on September 02, 2008, 17:42
Hey everyone!

I am currently useing a wireless speed lite system to light my subjects and one of the flashes is a 430ex canon flash

for some reason the 430 ex likes to work when it feels like it!

i am useing pocket wizards to trigger them and for some reason my vivitar flash works all the time! and the canon one doesnt! i have checked countless times that all the wires are properly put in and everything and i was just wondering if anyone has ever had this problem before?

Is it possible that the 430 over heats or something? i am getting very impatient PLEASE HELP!

Charles

have you tried switching the wires between the canon and vivatar?

I had a finiky wire just today with a pocket wizard.  it would work, then not work then work then not work.

I switched the cord and the problem was fixed.
