A fun posting here to light up your Sunday (feb 1,2009)

I was reading all those ideas about constructing a shadowless product shot box,
so the other night I experimented on this crazy idea. I used my microwave oven to shoot an isolated image. To my surprise it didn't turn out too badly.
Even got accepted to help increase my tiny portfolio at StockXpert. (thanks all at StockXpert).
In fact, it looks a lot better ,after a few glasses of Guinness.
but of course , what else... it was the Guinness that gave me the idea the first place.
I would have submitted the test shot of the Guinness had it not been for IP .
;D
No lighting critics, please. This is just happy talk. You can add your own crazy ideas of isolated images here too , if you like.

P.S.
next time I defrost my fridge I will try shooting another isolated shot inside it.
It won't be soon as I just moved into a new apartment. Maybe come summer you might get to see my new blog "I refrigerated this shot" heh!heh.

Don't think I would use my microwave for isolations but I did use it to destroy this CD. I wouldn't recommend anyone else trying this, sparks fly everywhere.

Now that is thinking outside the box! Great to look around and see what will work without spending a dime. Smart.

Maltesers, you must be British. We have Whoppers in the U.S. but they don't hold a candle for the real deal. Love Maltesers.
