LED lighting experience...

Hi everyone, :)

I need lighting advice. First of all, I am new here,just found while looking for advice, and i really enjoy being here...
Was just wondering if anyone have any experience with the video camera LED lights? I want to purchase LED light with stand and another on-camera light for studio but should be cheap.
Someone suggested me following lights
