Finally manage my first payout from LO. The payout to my paypal account (premier account) resulted in me being charge a fee.

If some other stock site can payout to premier account on paypal without the need for me to pay a fee. I suppose LO can do something about it too.

Well I doubt LO is sending out enough payouts just yet tpo qualify for mass payments which would remove the fees. In the meantime if the fees are to much for you I suppose you could always request a check but banks charging fees is nothing new.

I suppose that's the main reason. Silly of me as well. Now I put my "basic" paypal account as the payout email to avoid the troubles.

Just to bring this point out in case others are not aware of it

I make payments from my paypal account and there are no fees, and I an not a mass payer!
When fees were being deducted from the payments made by StockXpert, it was because they were funding their Paypal account by credit card. When they adjusted their account the fees went away.
It could be something similar with LO.

When did LO join the 21st century and start using paypal?? The only other microstock I know of that charge fees is CanStockPhoto

CanStockPhoto does not charge any fee.. not that i know of.

the reason why i get to pay a fee on paypal is because i am using premier account. But it's possible to waive it if the stock site do something about it

I have a premier account also. Most microstocks pay me and I don't get charged a fee. I just got my first payout from CS and there was a fee attached. I think it is a combination of the type account you have and how the agency submits payment.  If LO sticks with a $100 payout, I don't know when that will happen.

I have a business account, and don't get charged any fees for my monthly earnings as a Bouncer at LO.  Maybe it's time for an upgrade (doesn't cost anything or require anything extra for a business account).
