New microstock management application ?

(1/2) > >>

Wildstyle:
Hello for all microstock contributor!

I need some oppinion on this.

Suppose we have a stock management application which can do the followings:

* it's cloud based (a web platform)
* you upload the images to the application, add metadata (auto keywording) , and deploys to several agencies (now available only for ShutterStock and Dreamstime)
* you can track your image state.
* retrive statistics from the agencies (RPI, $/DL, charts, etc.)
* plus you have a work timer, a check-in check-out system to measure your worked time and proficiency of an image
* in short: this product is a combination of an autosubmitter and a microstock analytics software, all in a web platform (backs: just ShutterStock and Dreamstime available now)All these features for 6 month free than perhaps 10-20$ fee per month. Unlimited upload, unlimited space.

My questions are:

* worth it for development? (80% is ready now)
* can we get audience with these features against picWorkFlow and Stock Submitter and Microstock Analytics ?
* would you use it with these features?
* special question: if you were the CEO, what should be your price plans ? ...tricky question indeed :)

Thanks for your opinions,

If it is like Isyndica was... I would sign up first thing!

I would love to see what you have done so far!

There are already two applications that do a simlar thing,
PicWorkflow and Lightburner.  How would yours be different?

steheap:
I agree with Leaf - I use Lightburner exactly like this (well, not exactly as I prefer to keyword on my PC so I can search for images locally).

Lightburner is free (I think because they will hope to get referral income from sites that you now add because it is so easy to upload to). The only difference is that they don't store the images as high resolution for more than a few days and then only keep the thumbnail, but I can use MostPhotos to keep a hi-res copy!

Wildstyle:
In contrast with PicWorkflow:
- one time payment, and a free 90 day trial
- free autokeywording
- easier GUI, i think they have a too complex interface

In contrast with LightBurner:
- unlimited space
- no image deletion after 3 days
- Yuri style keywording if you know what i mean
- analytics for external files - by external i mean image that wasn't uploaded with our application

And much more.
