Title: Dreamstime hardware upgrades

We`re currently performing hardware upgrades and performance optimization. The upgrades should go smoothly with no downtime, but some areas of the site may be temporarily affected. Thank you for your patience. Edited: transition completed.

Like FTP. Uploaded 5 a few hours ago. They are still on the ftp server but not transferring across. Hopefully this will happen after upgrade.

I wish I'd thread this thread before uploading wasting my time.

Still in limbo even though their 'techs' are claiming that every thing is working.

Does anyone test anything anymore?

It would be nice if they would send out a group e-mail to say FTP has been suspended whilst we upgrade and another one when it is working again.

I can see all my files on the server not in my unfinished files, hopefully they will be transferred across soon.

I suppose I prefer this glitch than the one of last weekend where they let us categorize them and then lost them.

On the bright side the buyers are still buying.
