With all of the recent talk about tightening of release requirements, what types of things would or wouldn't require a property release when shooting at a hospital?

I don't see myself going to the hospital and shoot while there's emergency. ;) Finding some medical equipments at low price to get a set up is also hard. It's not surprising that there's a need there.
However, Yuri Arcurs have shooted in a casino so, it's probably not impossible to have good pictures whit an authentic environment.

This might be a good one for me, my mum works in Casualty so I'll ask if she can either borrow some scrubs or borrow me a nurse! :D
EDIT: Just realized this one is about up, but it's certainly gone on the "ideas" list!
