Adobe Camera RAW 4.1

Adobe has today released version 4.1 of their Camera RAW plug-in for Photoshop CS3. More info ...

Camera Raw 4 also works on Elements 5.0.

Does this mean that the raw converter for Elements is that same as for CS3??

I am thinking of upgrading from Elements II and not sure whether to waste my money on CS3 or just go for elements 5 (and maybe get a lens instead ;D )
