I always wondered this about the assignments...

Do you think it's better to choose the $25 sell the rights, or to escalate it to level 2?

Escalate to level 2 is better.
Just imagine how much one image can worth in royalties.

The one reason why I don't do those assigments is because of exclusivity. I can understand they ask for it, but hope they understand I do not like it and do not submit to those assigments.

agreed, escalate the image to level 2.   Selling the rights for $25 if pretty cheap.  That is only 8 print sales at level 2.
