Title: Constant Content
Post by: jwsc101 on August 31, 2010, 11:21
Hello All

I've found a potentially fertile new microstock ground.  Has anyone else posted photos at Constant Content?  http://www.constant-content.com/?aref=44613 (http://www.constant-content.com/?aref=44613)

This site originally focussed on website text content and I believe has established a good reputation with authors and purchases.  They are now selling user submitted photographs.  I've had a look and it looks good because:

a) there doesn't seem to be too much competition on there yet
b) you set your own sale price!
c) you can sell your images either "usage rights" or "full rights". You can charge much higher for full rights but the image must be exclusive and never ever sold again if sold in this way.

Has anyone else used it, any views?

I don't like that they have web-sized unwatermarked previews, as this is the sort of size most users of that site would be after for their own websites.

Dbvirago posted about this site long ago, with useful info. The OP is just a referral hunter, as usual. My guess is he has nothing to do with photography or illustrations.
