Tired of wasting time uploading your photos ? Easy Stock has been designed to streamline and manage the process of uploading photos to microstock agencies, boosting your productivity almost tenfold.

You can see a complete demo of how it works at this address:

If you are selling your photos to microstock agencies you probably know how lengthy and bothersome the uploading process can be; it doesn't matter wether you use your browser or FTP. And the time needed grows with the number of agencies you're working with: the more agencies you work with, the more time you need to upload to each site. Without considering that you have to deal with different interfaces at each site.

Here are some Easy Stock key features:

- Simple one-click upload to one or more microstock agencies
- No hidden subscription fees: just buy the app and you're set to go. It's a one-time cost, with free upgrades forever
- Easily keep track of what images have been uploaded and where
- Diagnose potential problems before upload (missing metadata or image resolution not sufficient)
- Search through your uploads archive
- Store your acces credentials for each agency once, and keep uploading with just one click
- Maximum privacy, no sensitive data is sent to the cloud. The only thing that goes out of your computer is your photos straight to the agency's web site like you would normally do
- Easily upload image batches of tens or even hundreds of pictures to multiple agencies with one click; you can leave your computer to work overnight
- Quick access to the management page for each agency; with one click your can check if your pictures are ready for final review

Thanks to Easy Stock you can focus on preparing your images for submission rather than the submission itself, drastically reducing the time dedicated to this phase.
You can decide, with just a few clicks, what images are uploaded to what agencies. You can even set an upload batch an let your Mac do all the work while you keep editing photos, or overnight.
And if you decide to work with a new agency, just selected the pictures you didn't upload yet and upload them in a single click.
Finally, there are no hidden costs or subscription services: buy the app and start using it for as long as you like !

You can download Easy Stock from the Mac App store:

The price ? It's costing the price of a few SD cards, and probably since day one it will pay for itself !

Interesting. How do you handle releases, categories and other site specific upload requirements?

the price of some few SD cards is really an UNSCIENTIFIC number.

If you are a single contributor it's hard to justify the spend given all the commission cuts. If you are a big gun you probably already have a staff to do the work. I would think tha only a few would embrace this. Sd cards can be expensive depending on which brand and style you choose  ;)

Friendly advice: you need to have someone with a good knowledge of English proofread and correct your pitch.

We are currently working with major agencies to handle this. Hopefully version 1.1 will have some news.
Some agencies have APIs so you can set categories from an external software, some let you upload CSV files that will match your upload batch, some don't let you do anything and you have to do it by hand.
The goal is to avoid typing thing twice, and let Easy Stock do most of the job, where possible. Unfortunately in some cases it's not technically possible. Releases will also be automatically uploaded in v 1.1 coming in a short time. Please note that all upgrades will be free, forever (that's how the app store works)

That's totally right ! As unscientific as the cost of some other tools; you need and Excel spreadsheet to figure it out...

Even if you are small I think it still makes sense; in the demo link there are times taken from 5 microstock sites and Easy Stock. Upload setup with Easy Stock is 10 times less (i.e: 149 seconds vs. 12 seconds for 5 images).
If you upload 500 images, keeping the same parameters, it's 248 minutes versus 20 minutes. There can be many variables in the process, so these figures may change a bit, but even in worst cases you still have an enormous advantage towards usng Easy Stock.
Of course if you just work with just one agency savings are almost inexistent; I think most photographers submit their images to more than one agency. The more agencies you work with, the more time you save.
Yep, I agree SD price is not scientific... It was something to spark some discussion, meybe I'll get rid of it.  8)

interesting.
do you plan to make a windows port in the future ?

p.s.
price is not the issue at all for this sort of apps, it's the features that matter.
for a professional, 30$ or 100$ is no big deal if it saves time as promised.

if you app is really good and has UNIQUE features you should sell it for 99$ or 199$.

but if not .. let me remind you there are already decent free alternatives for stock uploading.

Well, technically automatic submission is possible for all popular agencies. The only exception is submitting video to Depositphotos.
There are already two examples of applications doing that.
