Hello!

We are glad to present you ImStocker Studio! This program allow you easily to prepare your files for submission to microstocks.

- organize your files using workspaces. Move files between them directly from the program
- check the status of files using color indicators: is it new, or in progress or it's ready
- save filled metadata (title, description and keywords) directly to JPEG/EPS files
- use IMS Keyworder directly from the program. The service is tightly integrated and offers the same features as web version
- edit multiple files at the same time using multi-select feature
- undo and redo functionality prevents you from accidentally deleting information
- EPS and JPG files with the same name are shown as once card for convenience. Metadata is written to both files

Program supports Windows and Mac OS

ImStocker Studio 0.9.8 has been released!

- found bugs was fixed
- more customization options was added
- now the title and description fields are automatically expanding
- now you can add keywords to several files at once, even if they have different keywords

Version 1.0.1 of ImStocker Studio is released!

This version has all functions of PRO-version and we give free full-access to PRO-version for the week:

Metadata translation into English
Export metadata to CSV-file
Import metadata from CSV-file
Keywords analysis
Uploading to microstock agencies

Also in this version:

Fixed broken hotkeys in the Mac version, as well as other bugs;
You can now use ctrl+C (cmd+C for mac) to copy all the metadata of a file and ctrl+V (cmd+V) to paste it into another file. If you want to transfer just keywords, you can use the following keys: alt+C for copying and alt+V for pasting;
Added hotkeys to other functions
When you move files you can now choose not only workspaces but also any folder from your computer
Now you can generate ZIP-archives for your vectors in JPG & EPS format just from our program

ImStocker has partnered with our user Mkelsra to introduce OpenSubmit, an open source submit plugin! In the first version, it adds the long-awaited support for submitting to Pond5!

The plugin, like others, can be installed directly from the IMS Studio program. To do this, got to the list of plugins and find the line with the name of the plugin "Open Submit". After that, a new element will appear in the list of microstock agencies for submission - Pond5. Using the plugin, in the additional properties of a file in Pond5 metadata set, you can also set a price for files and mark whether the video is seamless looped.

Thank you. Videos are always the best way to show how something works.

Now I would love to see how you upload and more important Submit videos (with or without plugins) As I don't want to deal with CSV files , I think most of us video submitters don't want to touch CSV files, so a video would be useful on how to proceed to upload and submit video with all the keywording, description to agencies (without any CSV templates,fields,.....don't know if such plugin exists yet for Imstocker studio) as you can do for example with stock submitter. You can upload your video sand submit all the metadata without having to open or deal with any CSV file.

Now I would love to see how you upload and more important Submit videos (with or without plugins) As I don't want to deal with CSV files , I think most of us video submitters don't want to touch CSV files, so a video would be useful on how to proceed to upload and submit video with all the keywording, description to agencies (without any CSV templates,fields,.....don't know if such plugin exists yet for Imstocker studio) as you can do for example with stock submitter. You can upload your video sand submit all the metadata without having to open or deal with any CSV file.

Adobe Stock has updated its AI Image Upload Policy and added new "People and Property are fictional" checkbox. The new version of the IMS Submit 1.0.8 plugin takes this into account:
- you can set this flag for all AI files without releases via the submit settings in the file sending window, or set this checkbox individually for each file in the additional metadata of the Adobe Stock set
- in addition, now AI files with the type "Photo" will also be sent as photos, according to the new recommendations from Adobe

The plugin will automatically update itself after restarting the program. Just make sure you are using the latest version of ImStocker Studio 2.4.1

Hi

It appears you can now Submit files using IMStocker however does that mean

Automatically submit to the agencies for review.

Or do I have to go to every agency website and submit them manually.

I can't fully trial IMstocker to see if it works as I hope because when I "send files" it says upgrade to Pro. I don't want to commit to a subscription before knowing for sure if it will work for me.

Yes, IMS Studio supports submission to agencies for review. It is handled by submission plugins. For now there are plugins for following agencies: Shutterstock, Adobe Stock, Pond5, Getty/iStock
