I am very happy with the tools "Keyword" and "distribution" offered by Lightburner.
I think it is fair to pay for this service but unfortunately I am having problems making the payment of my first monthly silver subscription payment.
 
PayPal always return me this message :

At this time, we are unable to process your request. Please return to Pixamba Ltd. and try another option...

I sent already 03 support messages and got no feedback from Paypal. Sad.

Anybody have similar issue?

OBS: this is the first time I have any issue with Paypal. I can normally pay Ebay, Amazon, B&H and all others online services/shop. And yes, I do have positive balance in my Paypal account.

Just in time:

Pixamba allowed me to pay for the service sending money through Paypal. What was done on 06/08/2013.
On the same day I notified PIXAMBA through Paypal and additionally I sent two emails, one through the Lightburner user's interface and the other  through Gmail.

But since then I have not received any return from Lightburner and my subscription status remains unchanged (bronze). Also the payment status remain Unclaimed.

The lack or delay in responding to my support messages is a disservice that should be addressed with the utmost urgency.
