I had been looking for a nice online tool to compare keyword lists but couldn't find one so I ended up building one myself.  I don't know if it is very useful for others as I built it to serve what I needed it to do.. but if you find it useful, feel free to use it.

I am also open to feedback

Here's what it can do
*Finds similar keywords in the two lists
*Finds keywords only in list one and only in list two
*Removes all duplicate keywords in both lists
*Creates a combined list of words
*Counts the keywords in each list
*everything happens 'live', so it is very quick to use

I have found it useful when I have a base group of keywords for a set of images and want to add a few keywords.  I can just type the keywords in the list 2 and any potential duplicates will be removed.
I also have some of my images keyworded for me.  I use the tool to to check the list.  I keyword a few of the images myself and then compare my list and the list I paid for and see what words I missed and what words they missed.

Anyhow, here is the link.

with possibly more keywording tools to come in the future.

update:
There is also now a keyword research tool here

Very useful and VERY quick!  I used it to compare keywords generated by the three keywording sites I know (dusegard, findphotokeywords and Yuri's).  As for the most important keywords, the results were of the same quality (dusegard slightly better).
I wouldn't know how to improve this, it really works well, thanks for sharing.

Thanks a lot Leaf, it solves a lot of problems if you have similar but not totally identical images.  Well done.

One improvement please: if keywords are separated by comma the tool should recognize this and leave combined keywords unsplitted.
Example:
 Lawn, Field, Leisure Games, Conspiracy,
The keyword 'Leisure Games' shouldn't be splitted into leisure and games.
Thanks!

yeah, perhaps.  I just made the 'result' boxes a darker gray which helps a bit.  Before, when they were all white it may have been hard to know which boxes were 'input' boxes and which were 'result' boxes.

Yeah, I agree with you.  The way it works like it does now is because I was trying to remove unwanted spaces in the list (before words and such)  I should have a better error check system in place.

edit:  Now it works like it should.  If you have the word "banana split" it won't be separated.  So the tool doesn't split using spaces anymore.

*Finds keywords only in list one and only in list two -> No, but Why?
*Removes all duplicate keywords in both lists -> Yes
*Creates a combined list of words -> Yes, but only in full version (Yuri)
*Counts the keywords in each list -> Yes
*everything happens 'live', so it is very quick to use -> Yes, it's live in keywords IPTC in image, but program needs create database list of images for other features (yet)

ok.. alphabetical sorting is now an option.  There is an A symbol on the top right, again everything happens dynamically.
