Anyone still using Lightburner, is this site still working or supported?

I'm having problems with some of my batches, 50 uploaded - 45 distributed - 5 stuck on amber.
Fotolia submissions have been duplicated, some sites are showing the files OK others nothing in the queue.

Is there a better more reliable way to mass distribute photo's out there, need some help - getting a headache trying to submit to multiple sites :-(

I used Lightbuner about 2 weeks ago and I worked flawlessly to distribute to about a dozen of sites. BUT: You need to carefully configure your channels. And not all of the preconfigured channels work. Preconfigured CS channel, for example, never worked for me. Images never arrived. I configured my own and now it works.

It is not working for me as well. I uploaded some 30 photos, they all show the channel assigned but none is getting distributed. Any idea? Is there anything I am doing wrong ?

If I recall correctly, there is a checkbox to select if you want it to automatically distribute each channel when you set it up.

Thanks I'll try that on the next batch.

Used it to distribute a batch yesterday. Uploaded (ftp) 34 images to LB once. Funny, they appeared on LB twice. Well, much better than appearing not all...
I have 12 channels configured and I assigned my images to all of them. I don't use automatic distribution. It's not much work to do it manually and it avoids bigger trouble in case of hick-ups (see above). Later I received an e-mail notification about the status of the distribution. 2.5 channels are listed and ok'ed. What the heck?! I feared it didn't work this time, but when I checked I found my batch has been fully received at 11 agencies. Just at Bigstock only 8 of 34 images have arrived. No big deal. This morning I assigned the missing images to the Bigstock channel again. It is processing right now.

So, yes, there are issues but they are minor and it is in many cases not even clear if they are caused by LB and not, in this case, by BS.

However, I found setting up my channels a challenge. It took a while but it was worth it because my home upload speed is so slow that ftp distribution would take forever.

Update:
I received the status report e-mail from LB: my batch arrived at BS. I checked and, yes, all images and all metadata are there.

Summary: Distributing this batch was quite normal. It wasn't flawless but issues were minor and easy to overcome. Not too bad for a free service  ;D

I usually use it with success, but today I cannot even log in.
I get this error message after typing my password :

Fatal error: Uncaught exception 'PDOException' with message 'SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 144 Table './lburner_lb2@002dops/MediaProfiles' is marked as crashed and last (automatic?) repair failed' in /home/lburner/public_html/app/include/Search.php:137 Stack trace: #0 /home/lburner/public_html/app/include/Search.php(137): PDOStatement->execute() #1 /home/lburner/public_html/app/include/Search.php(19): Search->init() #2 /home/lburner/public_html/app/controller/search.php(5): Search->__construct(Object(Savant3), Array) #3 /home/lburner/public_html/app/action.php(141): require_once('/home/lburner/p...') #4 {main} thrown in /home/lburner/public_html/app/include/Search.php on line 137

I'm copying this error message because I cannot send the message through Lightburner, and I would really like to keep on using it.
Any other way of reaching him if you cannot log in?

Checked. Working but not for fotolia.

Do you know how to make it work for fotolia?

No, I always do Fotolia separately, without using LB.

The default Fotolia channel doesn't work indeed.
However it works if you set a custom FTP channel.

Just remember that Fotolia FTP login is not your username, but your user number; and FTP password is not your password, but a combination of your username and password.
