Title: Overpaid by paypal

Hi all,

On 7th Apr i was over paid by paypal from SS, i did sent a mail to SS and they replied me to ask for more info  ??? i wonder why they can't just investigate internally ? So i didn't do anything and just wait and see. But today it's another over paid (this time paid twice.) by paypal again from DT.
Is anybody experienced this ? What should i do ?

I would guess it´s imposible to be over-paid, and if you tell this happened twice?? then i´m leaning to think it must be some kind of error on your end.
Maybe some currency conversion you have missed?

I had it happen once from Fotolia. I notified them and they were able to withdraw the additional payment themselves.

 i never think of this would happen as well, but it did happened. And there is no currency conversion. USD to USD.

May i know you notified Fotolia or Paypal ? Do they ask you to provide anything ?

This happend to me once where I received a double payment from Istock. About a month later, I get a call from Paypal demanding their money back. So yes, it can happen and in my case it was Paypal's issue.
