I don't know if this is the same for all countries, but there was a recent (July 20th) change in the Fees Policy at PP:

Thanks for posting Adelaide.  I just read it but can't figure if it applies to the sites that do paypal masspay.  Up to now receiving funds from most of the micros has been free for those of us in the US.

Can anyone explain if/how this has changed?

It probably depends on the individual site. I am in the US and received a payout from IS to my PayPal business account yesterday and it did not cost me anything.

As far as I understood that link, when we receive money from a business we are going to pay fees - in my case, it would be 3.4%+US$0.30 (transactions up to US$3000).

Worse, as my earnings come from outside Brazil, even if my account in is USA because there is no PP-BR, I understand they are considered "cross-border" transactions, so it's 3.9%+US$0.30.  Ouch.   :'(

And whenever I send money but need my CC to cover it, I will pay 3.4%+US$0.30.  Online purchases remain free - I suppose the buyer pays the fees.

I have recently requested a payout from CanStockPhoto and opted for PP because there was a 2.9% fee on MB.  :(

When ever Paypal comes out with changes it never seems for the better.  Same with Ebay, I was upset that ebay requires you to use paypal now...talk about corner market.

I had started using paypal more often, looks like I will be going back to moneybookers.

Moneybookers charges a fee, too. At least they did the few times I used them. I'm in the US.

I was never charged by MB other then when transfering to my bank, but some sites charge to pay at MB.

I received payouts from DT and FOT today and no fees on either one.  Checking my transactions (micro site payouts) since the 20th when Paypal posted the new rules,  I haven't been charged a fee for any of them.

I received my payment from CanStockPhoto and nothing was charged by them nor by PP.  I don't understand, but I am happy.
