Hi Guys,

What is the most important quality you look for when you want to outsource retouching and keywording?
This is what I would rate as, How would you rate your needs (This will help us get good feedback from you)
1. Quality and consistency in quality over many jobs
2. Price
3. Turnaround time
4. Customer Service/Excellent communications all the time (I would love to put this is 1a point)
5. Same Team working (Kinda point 1)

This may be a little late, but:
quality and consistency is very important (especially to bring a picture up to the nitpicky standards of microstock companies), at a low enough price is important too because images aren't guaranteed to sell.

considering the rampant inflation and cost of life in India at the moment i'm afraid it will soon be game over for many of these indian outsourcers in the photo, design, and software industry.
years ago i was wondering about setting up in Bangalore and the answer from their burocracy was a smack in my face, as a foreigner my only option would have been a joint venture with an indian partner.... not gonna happen ! add to that their new draconian visa rules .. would rather set up in Malaysia or Taiwan where we they still welcome us with open arms and living costs are still relatively cheap.
