In my case - to withdraw amount of 100 euros:
merchant account fee 4%  - 4 euros
withdrawal fee 2.95 euros per withdrawal - 2.95 euros
intermediary bank charge - 20 euros
total fees and commisions: 26.95 euros

net amount to my bank account: 73.05 euros  :'(
Merchant account fee is what they cut from the agency's payment to our Skrill account, right?
Does PP charge anything as the above or the withdrawal fee from account to bank?
What is the last item? I don't see that in their page. I wonder if this would affect me too. I haven't made any withdrawal recently.

No one should ever use Skrill for anything. What a bogus company.

You as a customer have to provide them with everything and they cannot even give regular and easy customer support nor explain any of their to say the least very much strange moves - with you money - they perform at times.  >:(
