In th past months i have been busy with the development of stocktransmitter. And i am happy to anounce the first beta release. To download it, click on the download link below the screenshot:

Features:
* Upload only to Shutterstock and Abobe Stock, more sites will be added in future versions
* If you select a directory, the last saved imags will be the first
* The images are large, so the are recognizable
* Portrait photo's are displayed correctly
* There is no keywording functionality, it is on my TODO list

When you downloaded Stocktransmitter:
* Goto the installation folder (C:\Program Files\Stocktransmitter) to start the program. There aro no shortcuts made by the installer. It is on my TODO list.
* After starting the program, goto to settings and fill your user/name password (passwords will securly saved on your local harddrive)
* After saving settings, the progam must be restarted
* Then select a folder with the button in the upper right
* Images are selectable with one click
* Sites are on the right
* Click on the Upload button to upload!

There is a new BETA release, version 0.9.1

This release has a new 'Edit' tab for keywording your images

Bugfixes / small enhancements
* Setup creates a shortcut in the startmenu
* Uninstall of the apllication, all files will be removed correctly
* No longer need to restart th application when a site setting has changed
* If less the 10 images showed, they weren shown double
* An error message were shown if the user refresh without images
* Uploading files, better error handling
* After uploading were files in use
* Settings, the form will be cleared if the user opens the form for the second time
* if an image not exists (deleted after the start of the application) a message is shown insted of a exception

There are a lot of things on my todo list

Time for a new BETA release, version 0.9.2.
Existing users will be recommand to uninstall the old version, because the settings file will be saved at another location. Usernames and password must be re-entered again.

Major changes:
* Dreamstime is added to the sites and can be selected to upload photo's. In future releases more sites will be added
* New menu, wich can be unfolded from the top of the app
* The settings form has a General tab, with a Save directory switch. The directory will be saved, if a another directory is choosen an loaded at startup
* If a image has a descripton the border is colored green. Most likely, the image is ready for uploading

Minor changes / bug fixes
* If a keyword is already added, the same keyword can't be added again
* Save and Cancel switched position
* If the app is started, the checkbox is invisble
* Beter handling is a new directory is selected
* If an image is saved that doesn't exitsts an exception occured, now fixed
* Error messages are colored red
* Beter handling of removal of keywords
* When a keyword is added the list of keywords scrolls automaticly down

Another update: BETA version 0.9.3

Stocktransmitter is a project that I started in the first lockdown period (in the Netherlands). My goal is to develop a simple upload application to upload photo's to multiple stock sites. Stocktransmitter is also for myself. I would like some feedback, so I have added a feedback form.

Features
* All library files are updated. For existing user it is recomanded to uninstall the old version (all usernames/passwords will be deleted, sorry!)
* The whole app has a new modern skin
* The feedback form
* Another faster implementation of loading images
* Alamy and Depositphoto's are added
* Edit tab, a button for copying the keyword list
* Only one instance of Stocktransmitter can be active
* Settings - sites tab
   * There is only one password field, click right to see the password
   * Every site has a 'Ads site to list' switch
   * Save is only enabled, is there something is changed

Small changes / bugfixes
* On the upload tab, if an site is not in use, the progressbar is invisible
* On the edit tab, if an image is in edit mode, no other selection can be made.
* Beter security for save passwords
* Code improvements

A small bugfix release: 0.9.4 BETA

If an image was saved with an empty title/description, the whole application freezes, now solved!

Today a new version is uploaded 0.9.5 BETA

Features
* Settings
* The name Site has renamed to Agency
* The Agency has a button to add a new (only FTP) agency, a user defined agency can be added
* The input of an agency can be tested, with the Test button

Small changes / bugfixes
* The default border of an image is changed in a grey border with the same width as the other borders
* After startup the messages (for example) whre black instead the usual blue color
* Copy keywords button is disabled when there are no keywords
* Sometime images where not visible, now fixed

Tip
With an FTP server, you can set up a localhost server to test Stocktransmitter:

Configuring is simple:

Stocktransmitter uses the default port: 21
In Stocktransmitter you can create a new agency, with localhost as url

Time for a new update 0.9.6

Existing users must uninstall the old version before installing the new version
This is because the saved passwords of the agencies are more secure (and only saved on your local hard drive). Passwords need to be re-entered.

A other improvement is the version is that uploads are more stable (less timeout exceptions)

Other things:
* In the description or a title field of a image, with ctrl + k the last word can be added as keyword
* The keyword field has a button to clear all keywords
* Some icons are changed
* The green color (if an image has a title) is changed to the green color of the website
* Keywords are always added in lowercase
