Hi there,
My outgoing archive of assets to submit to agencies is growing so I was thinking to organize them, creating sub-folders inside the main folder managed by Stock Submitter.
With my great surprise I found out that:
- StockSubmitter CANNOT create a folder
- StockSubmitter DOES NOT ALLOW moving assets between folders.
How can you work with a tool like this??
C'mon guys, the unreliability and lack of essential features of this app is driving me nuts. And I even paid for this!!!
How do you use it? Am I asking too much???

The nature of the automatic submission requires lots of efforts to keep all the submissions working.
Thus it can lack some of the features common for a file manager: we focus primarily on the main features and let the others be put on the backburner.
Regarding the issues you're having: most of them are caused by the latest metadata writing system change. These will be fixed soon and it'll become as stable as it was before.
If you're not happy with the program I can perform a full refund of your payment.
I'll need your account e-mail, exact date, time and method of payment (send me them to the PM).

Hi Dmitri,
No, I don't want any refund, I just want the software to work as it should be.
I like the concept but at this moment I see some severe usability limitations. Moving assets between folders, i think (correct me if I am wrong) it should be a basic feature.
Cheers,
Tina

I'll definitely add these features to the task list.
However, they are not prioritized over more important features such as iStock's ESP support. Just because submission is the key functionality of the program and there is not point to use it if it does not work.

I personally could care less about submitting to iStockphoto. I refuse to jump through all of their hoops for submissions. If you stopped supporting istock altogether, many others probably wouldn't even care. But I am only one person, maybe you should run a survey. People could always used DeepMeta to submit to silly istock.

Many of our users are already used to submitting videos through the program and iStock is important for them.
They really need ESP working.
