I am on it.
I did exactly that, I am a German photographer and I offered two other photographers to help them get their Clipdealer payouts.
It took us with an attorney over a year, but finally we were able to receive the missing money.
If you are interested in my help, simply contact me.

They own me 50 dollars. Waiting for two years now. Last time I contacted him (a month ago) he promised that "next week I will get my money and  he was very quick to immediately close my account. He never sent me the owned amount and no longer picks up his phone. He knows that no one will sue him for that little but I am surprised that he is still in business especially in Germany.
