Title: Database / JPG / Source Video File
Post by: VUSschneider on June 09, 2018, 13:53
Hi,
we had a HDD Crash and lost some of our 15.000 videoclips in our stock submitter database.
I rescued all the preview JPGs and the stockSubmitter database backup.
Of the 15.000 clips i copied about 12.000 to a new HDD with same folder structure. And all works nicely :)
BUT....about 3.000 clips are shown in stocksubmitter but they are acutally not here. Is there a way to tell stocksubmitter to show lost media files?

The program cannot show files unless there are JPEG files on the hard drive.
Probably you have JPEG files without MOV files attached?

JPEG files with attached MOV files will have "HD" or "4K" icon in the top right corner.
