Title: Error: Unable to prepare headless browser

Hi,

I just installed MicrostockSubmitter on a just installed Windows 10, but the program hangs up at the yellow StockSubmitter start screen with the text: "Preparing headless browser...". A popup window is opened with the text: "Unable to prepare headless browser: 1 is not a supported code page. Parameter name: codepage".

Also tried running the program as administrator. Any idea what is causing the problem?

Try selecting your locale in Control Panel - Language and Regional Settings - Last tab - Language for non-Unicode programs"

"Language for non-Unicode programs" did not change anything in this case, but changing Region -> Format -> Formats -> "Match windows display language" to any specific language (tried Finnish and US English) seems to fix the problem. Thanks for the help!
