Hi,

Got same error message two weeks ago with canstockphoto submission.

Solved by deleting the image uploaded (and not submitted) on the site.

If it can help you...

Thanks for the report.
Dreamstime is giving this error message : "Model release, width exceeds 3000px."
I will add detection of this error to model release uploading code for DreamsTime.

I tried deleting the images and re-uploading
I downsized the release jpg to 2500
Renamed the releases...
Nothing, still the same error

Are you sure what you downsized the release actually being used for submission?
StockSubmitter copies releases to release folder, so if you downsized original file and not the file in release folder, StockSubmitter will keep using not downsized release image.

I paid for 4 months of 377 submits
My dreamstime account appear as limit reached in stocksubmiter.
then I go to my dreamstime profile and I can see 111 unfinished files and 18 pending...

With these all problems is microstocksubmiter is more time consuming that doing manually....??

Well, first problem was caused by Dreamstime limit on model release size, not by StockSubmitter :)

Can you PM me your StockSubmitter registration e-mail so I can check your account and fix that issue ?
