After opening the software a popup always opens with Pond5 login screen.
User and password are filled automatically and I only have to solve the captcha.
Unfortunately after resolving the captcha I receive this error message (see screenshot attached).
This happens every time I open stocksubmitter, and keeps happening afterwards (probably when the software tries to check the balance on Pond5).
On the website the login works without problems.

It means you have wrong login or password specified in the program settings for Pond5.
-
Nope. As I said user and password are working. I can do the login on the website with the same one.
Any other idea?
-
This is the only possible reason.
You can try changing the password on the website and in the program settings.
-
I also a pop-up with the Pond5 login screen multiple times when StockSubmitter is open. When I do the captcha, the screen disappears, only to reopen after a while. Seems like it doesn't memorize the login details when checking the balance.

I've been getting this pop up with the captcha multiple times as well. It seems like the program uploads to Pond5 OK, but while waiting for submit, I get these popups and have to fill in the captcha quiz several times

I tried to change the password, but the popup and the error are still there
-
Try changing the password few times.
These problems are caused by the overly paranoid Pond5 website bot protection system. The program tries to overcome it but it doesn't work reliably unfortunately.
-
I changed it 3 times... the problem is still there.
-
You can try waiting a day or two and trying again.
-
The issue lasts at least for a week. And because of failed authorisation the submit does not work as well.
-
I have already contacted them and am waiting for the response.
-
The error is still there but the details changed slightly.
Now it's: Unknown Nightmare authentication error #-4
(it was #-2 before)
