Author Topic: Files say they are uploaded but do not show up on the site (Read 5111 times)

Ok.. another bug perhaps??

I just uploaded a batch of 50 photos to CanstockPhoto and Crestock.

Stocksubmitter says it uploaded all 50 of the images to both sites.
When I try to submit the images, only 20 images get submitted on Canstock and 13 submitted on Crestock. I waited for a day to see if they were just slow showing up on the site but that doesn't seem to be the case - it appears they weren't uploaded. I went online to look and see if I can see any trace of the missing, unsubmitted images but couldn't find them.

The same 50 images were uploaded and submitted fine on Fotolia and DepositPhotos

Try to re-upload these images what did not show up on sites again and see if they'll get submitted without closing the program. If they wont, take Trace.txt file from StockSubmitter program folder, remove site passwords from it and send it to me by mail (better to archive it before sending) so I can check what happens with these files during upload.

that worked (for some reason???) thanks. I reset the status of the images to 'ready to upload' and uploaded them again and they all made it to crestock.
