Author Topic: Having trouble submitting to Shutterstock (Read 9417 times)

I'm currently uploading two HD videos to SS. According to the status in Stocksubmitter, the clips are submitted and there is the green circle that indicates exactly that. And I have logged into that catcha thing for SS that pops up within Stocksubmitter.

When I log into SS on Google Chrome, there are 0 pending video files. And 0 clips for 'not yet submitted.' In other words, there's no sign of these files on SS.

However, last night, I had no issue submitting a video file to P5 via Stocksubmitter. That clip is pending review within P5.

There's something currently wrong with Shutterstock's submission process where submitted videos are not showing in the pending approval. This just on the heels of the recent disappearing image and video files from ports.

Ah something weird just happened. Though the submitted video didnt show in the pending approval, it must of been accepted and has now appeared in my port. So there you go, video hasn't been lost to the ether after all, just temporarily lost visibility.

I'm having the same problem. Submitted videos not visible in the pending section.

Same here summited video is not visible
