How to resolve error New API key is not specified in settings - microstock plus

Hi, Recently I signup for microstock plus account and add my all microstock accounts. I receive an error when trying to add esp/gettyimages account.
The error message is "New API key is not specified in settings".
My password and user name are right but couldn't log in to the account. Please help. Thanks
