Title: Live chat flashing as if there is a message

but it only links to the website that says Live Chat isn't working at the moment.
Is this forever or just a glitch?

It may say so if I'm currently not at the computer and cannot reply.
You can leave a message anyway - a ticket will be created and you'll be notified by e-mail when you get a reply.

No, looking into this, Stocksubmitter seems to think I have no subscription in my Account at the moment....
There is money available. Any ideas please?
