Hi!
Trying to upload a mov (25fps, 1080p) to pond5, but microstocksubmitter tells me that it cannot upload because it has too low frame rate.
Anything to watch out for when converting?
Thanks!

Can you send one of such files displaying such incorrect error message to me via Skype (landofrain)?

I am now also getting a low resolution error on an image.
The image is 3149x5042 pixels, but stocksubmitter says it was only 128x128.
Would be great if these errors could be fixed or if there was a way to override the warning.
Thanks!

If the program says the image is 128x128 it means it is unable to read it's metadata.
It also means the program won't be able to submit the image anyway since it doesn't have it's metadata.
Can you send me this image so I can check it?

I fiddled around a bit and clicked on refresh on the image and it shows now with the right resolution. This is solved.
However, the refresh trick does not work for the pond5 low framerate error on videos. Any news on that?

Low framerate problem is solved.

Thanks! Works.

Hi!
This error is back. This time in the form of low resolution error. It says that my video only has 128x128. However, the preview image generated has full HD resolution. Clicking refresh does not remedy it this time.
Any ideas?

Make sure you're launching the program from the Start menu, not directly or via the link you made yourself.

I'm getting a low framerate error for pond5 now as well. The vids are 23.98 and stocksubmitter says pond5 has a minimum of 24fps.... but they do also accept 23.98?!

Fixed.
