Hi,
is it possible to upload photos/stills AND footage to DepositPhoto?
I can`t find out without having an DepositPhotos account.

Do you mean Stock Submitter?

If so, the answer is yes - it does submit images and video to Deposit Photos (and re-encodes to PhotoJpeg if needed). I don't actually use it for DP (I don't submit video there), but I just checked in the setup for the agency in the program.

Another Question.
I want to upload Videos to Deposit Photos but there is a "server login" error message.
User and password are correct so i`m not sure about the Problem.
Mayby deposit changed something at their FTP?

Their FTP works incorrectly sometimes. Try again later.

Hi!
We tried for about 3 Weeks to upload Video to Deposit Photo. It still doesn`t work.
But we tried to upload photos again at the same time. This works good.
is there mayby a difference between stills and videos?
Deposit says they have no server problems.

Yes they do have FTP server problems very often.
What kind of error do you get for videos?

It is caused by the issues on their FTP server side.
Just try uploading at a different time of the day.

I don't know honestly. Probably their FTP server doesn't work correctly with large files only at the moment you're trying to upload them.
