I love using stocksubmitter because it can actually submit the images to the sites and attach releases etc.  I haven't had a use for picworkflow because my internet connection was fast enough.. until now.  I'm running on a very slow connection for a few months and would love to use picworkflow.. but am addicted to the easy of submitting images with stocksubmitter.  Can the two be integrated somehow?

I don't think picworkflow is only useful for those with a bad internet connection. It's useful in other ways too. Both stocksubmitter and picworkflow are great services though.

Yes, perhaps I was a bit unfair to picworkflow.  It has a number of useful features that people may find worthwhile for various reasons.  I should have been more clear that for me the big advantage I see with the software is the savings on bandwidth (if you need that).  others may feel another features are the biggest seller and make the software worthwhile.

I do have a fairly substantial API on picWorkflow, but it's not very well documented. If Niak wants to add support for picWorkflow as an intermediary for distributing files there's a perfect example of code to do that in the picWorkflow Lightroom Plugin (it's LUA though). We discussed it briefly a long time ago but ran into the language barrier pretty hard, if anyone wants to facilitate I'm open to doing more to make it happen :)

We can integrate our software if you will add some new functionality to the picWorkflow.
Message me via Skype (landofrain) if you want to discuss it further.

I hope something works out guys. I'm back to speedy internet in a couple weeks but I can imagine that most people who are using one of your solutions would be interested in the other.  You'd make a good team.
