I am using MicrostockSubmitter to submit video files to Pond5. Single-word keywords are submitted, while keywords with multiple words (like "frozen lake") are not. Is there any way to avoid losing these multiple word keywords when submitting to Pond5? Multiple word keywords seem to work at least for most of the other sites I am using with MicrostockSubmitter. Pond5 did not accept multi-word keywords when I was testing it.
Try submitting them manually and if they accept it now I'll allow it in the program.

I've enabled multi-word keywords submitting for Pond5.
Update the program and it should be working fine (make sure you've reinstalled the program from the official website http://stocksubmitter.com/ if you installed it before 20.12.2014)
