Hi everyone,

Im just started using Stocksubmitter so maybe I missed something.

The login for Pond5 doesn't seem to work (upload works, submission doesn't), the loading symbol keeps spinning forever. I tried logging in in incognito mode on chrome and it works, so it seems to be an issue with Stocksubmitter. Can anyone help?

And the second thing I came across: Is there really no option to choose signature plus for photos on Istock somewhere in stocksubmitter?

Thx in advance!

For Pond5 I'd recommend the following:
- restart your router/modem;
- disable firewall on your router/modem;
- disable antivirus;
- try another ISP.

For iStock - no, there is no such an option at the moment.

I sometimes have an issue with Pond5 - it is the captcha that catches me out. Sometimes the new window with the Pond5 sign-in just sits there and nothing happens, and sometimes I get the captcha appearing and I can complete that and the program signs in. I think it has also worked when  I separately go to Pond5 in a browser window and sign in there. I tend to ignore it and then when it does next log in, it will submit all the previous images. A bit delayed, but nothing lost.

Pond: Are you working on a fix since I dont have a firewall running nor antivirus.
Will try loggin with a hotspot from my iphone

Istock: This is the only option thats holding me back from ditching Deepmeta. Could you pls implement it? Im a paying customer, cheers!

Pond5: Unfortunately, the problem is local as it doesn't happen to other users and I cannot reproduce it either :( You probably do have a firewall on your router.

Istock: Yes, I will add it to the to-do list.
