Hello,
I tried to search forum for similar problem, but didn't find anything.
This is my first submission to Pond5, I have submission error: "Unknown submission problem. Site has probably changed pages format. Update StockSubmitter to latest version and try again. If the problem persists, try again later."
Details shows "Release upload error: You have already uploaded this file."
I tried updating, restarting, didn't work. What I'm missing?

This error means that Pond5 considers your release file to be already uploaded before. Please try renaming the release in StockSubmitter (changing Name of the property or First name/Last name of the model).
